Exciting times for young talents and future leaders from 15 countries and actuarial associations at the second Young Actuaries Leaders Seminar. Hosted by the DAV (Deutsche Aktuarvereinigung e.V. Aktuarvereinigung) and Institut des actuaires in Munich, the seminar was all about empowering young actuaries to take on leadership roles in their companies and in their associations, embrace innovation, and shape the future of our profession.
On 27–28 November, future leaders and bright minds from 15 countries and actuarial associations gathered at the Leadership and Career Development Seminar 2025 to connect, learn, and look ahead together. Workshops, presentations, and interactive sessions offered diverse insights on leadership, innovation, and personal development. Experienced voices met fresh perspectives, creating a fertile space for new ideas, networking, and inspiration.
We extend our sincere thanks to all participating associations for sending their ambitious young members, and to all speakers, coaches, and attendees for making this seminar such an inspiring experience.
